  • Registering your details with the Mount Rinjani National Park authority.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

By booking a package with Rinjani Trekking Special, you agree to the following terms:

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking and National Park tickets.
  • The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in Lombok before the trek begins.
  • All prices are quoted in USD or IDR as agreed upon during booking.

5. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the trek: Full refund of the deposit (minus transaction fees).
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the trek: Deposit is non-refundable.
  • No-shows: No refund will be provided.

6. Health and Safety

Trekking Mount Rinjani is physically demanding. By booking with us, you confirm that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent you from completing the trek safely. You must follow the instructions of our certified guides at all times for your own safety.
